「This property was clean modern and staff was helpful and friendly. Especially Angelo and Antonio at guest services. Our room was very clean and always fully stocked. The specialty restaurants were really good for an all inclusive. Overall we had an excellent experience and would recommend and definitely come back. 」

「The best vacation time. The resort is gorgeous, the outside area are neat , so clean and very well taken care. The staff are very friendly. The activities the food is very good.Francis one of the staff members was very nice and friendly.My only disappointment was the bathrooms needed a little extra cleaning also the smell of the rooms. The transportation from one resort to the others was very good, they are always available for us . Great service.」

「Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family.」

「Es importante remodelación de las habitaciones, la bañera debe ser cambiada, al igual que las camas, almohadas y sábanas necesitan modernizarse. Se que estan en esas, espero que la próxima vez que los visite tenga una mejor habitación. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El lobby bar es atendido por personal muy profesional. Vi que era un sitio seguro aunque el GPS me enviaba por muchos callejones o atajos que me dio un poco de miedo , pero nunca pase un susto. Entiendo que el area es segura . 「Pros: The private pool and bar were exceptional. Beautiful, clean, friendly. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. Reception was excellent. Great drinks!! Everyone was sooooo nice and friendly. Cons: The beach is covered in seaweed, as is the water. So much so that we could not enter the ocean. The view is lovely, but it is not a “beach vacation.” The other not great issue is the food. Just not very good. 」
