Place mustve been apartments back in the day. Remodeled nicely and the full kitchen was a surprise. Bed was comfy, towels were soft, snacks were ++ after being nickled and dimed everywhere on this trip. Wasn't happy about self check in late at night but it was fine. Everything was great—cleanliness, supplies, location, ease of check in, communication…The bed was hard, but I slept fine. You could hear cars and people right outside, but it’s a college town, so that’s to be expected. Perfect distance, walked to ASU everyday. Would recommend 100%.

We loved the city. There's many awesome activities, things to do around Phoenix area.

The cops are more so of criminals and they love to harass & lie. The shopping centers are very convenient and large selections, there is a huge homeless population here but they HV a pretty good homeless coalition and resources. It's beautiful here.
