Our room was clean and spotless. Views from the balcony was not that great but just having the space to sit outside was wonderful.

Jo was very responsive and the photos in the listing are accurate. We have been to Manarola previously and were very pleasantly surprised with the walk up to the property. From this hotel one can walk to two local restaurants for good food at very reasonable prices. The immediate town is charming and quaint. The bus to the coast is across the street. USE IT!!! It is convenient and takes you close to the train.

Of the 5 villages of Cinque Terra, this is definitely the best one to visit. They're all beautiful, but this one is less touristy and the prettiest! My friend said she'd like to live there.
