Very bad smell in the room

I was really happy with my stay here, and would definitely come back again. The location is perfect and the staff are friendly and helpful. My only negative experience (and I can only speak for my particular room) is the bathroom floor in my room was dangerously slippery after using the shower. I believe my room was accessible as well so wanted to share this as part of my review for anyone who may have to consider navigating a very slippery floor after a shower. Aside from this, I have no negative things to say about this hotel or my stay.

Excellent, well-maintained property. For Sabbath observing Jews, the property is within 10/15 minute walking distance to the Chabab on Champs-Elysées, easy to get to/from meals. The staff is quite helpful about buzzing us into our rooms and keeping food in the Hotel fridges. The spa is an undiscovered gem, one the best in all of Paris. Book a massage or facial if you have the time and you won’t regret it. The only drawback to the entire experience is the state of the hot water in the shower. Sometimes the temperature will change unexpectedly and so we ended up needing to adjust the water a number of times during the shower. Most likely due to the design of the water piping that brings water to various collection points on the floor before being distributed to individual rooms.

This was the worst experience at a hotel we have ever had. Air conditioning was a joke. The Pavilion smells musty, no AC in hall & lobby, construction noise terrible. Moved to historic building AC still terrible, black mold on shower tile. Not a luxury experience.
