France Spa Vacations

This is a weird one. I thought the hotel was at Terminal 2, but it is Terminal 3. No biggie, easy to catch the feee tram to move, just a bit hard with lots of luggage in a Parisian heatwave. And the short path to the hotel from the station is about one minute, but mostly cobblestone or uneven pavement. Not super luggage friendly. Staff super lovely, but there was always a line-up at the reception at all times of day. More staff needed. Pool was great, but it does not open until 7:30, which is late if you want a swim before an early flight or business meeting. Even opening it at 7am would be better. The most disappointing thing was that the air conditioning was useless. It was so hot in my room - and yes, I get it, it is a Parisian heatwave but this is a modern hotel at the airport. It is not an 18th C building. And you can’t get any help because the line-ups at reception are so long. So strongly suggest avoiding in hot weather. Also, why is the toilet on the other side of the room from the bathroom? You have to walk to the other side of the room to wash your hands. There is no garbage near the toilet either which is unfriendly for anyone needing to use hygiene products. and the shower did not have any soap. How does that happen? I know hotels are cutting back but no soap? I’d call but who would answer with the lines so long. This is a nice new hotel but a lot of odd issues. Clean but would probably avoid in the future.

Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. we walked everywhere from this very central location. The service was great! Staff checked us in were super nice!

Great location, balcony was bit grotty and didn’t have English breakfast tea for the room.

It’s quite obvious that this is a grand old hotel. It has marvelous bones and is located in a fabulous part of the city. The staff at the front desk was excellent, cordial and professional. Concierge / guest services seemed a bit less polished. We were disappointed to find a half-consumed water bottle in our room when we arrived, and it didn’t seem to be cleaned to an appropriate standard given the facility and the price. I requested that the room be re-cleaned while we went to Sunday dinner at Girafe and that was not done. Breakfast (room service) on the private balcony the next morning was perfect, however. Our order, while simple, was properly prepared and presented. And the view / fresh air experience in the early morning sun instantly became a lifelong memory and a lasting highlight of our trip.

Beautiful property. The staff was so attentive and accommodating. Easily walk to restaurants and shops. We will definitely return again.

Great hotel close to the airport. They really go above the expected for families. The play area in the lobby, colouring in the rooms. Staff was pleasant, check in was smooth. Beds were comfy. Would return.
