Exceptionally clean room and pet friendly. The bed was so comfy and I would come back to stay!

Room service breakfast was the best. Room and bathroom clean and everything was what one would expect from a Novotel Hotel

Close to Macquarie Park transport more than Macquarie University We were on level 2 and the noise from the road made it really hard to sleep - hotel is on a downhill section of a main road before lights so trucks etc constantly braking. Was clean and fine - just noisy.

Great location if you have something to go to in Double Bay. Super efficient check in. Older hotel but still beautiful. Lovely staff, especially Vanessa the concierge.

Excellent location. Staff are friendly, helpful and discreet. Will be staying again next time im in Sydney.

Very close to StVincents Hospital

We stayed in the harbour view loft. Check-in was relatively straight forward. Apart from the view the room and amenity are very average. Probably an equivalent of a 2.5-3 star hotel. Don’t expect too much for breakfast, just toast and jam, milk and fruits. A nice weekend away though.

The check-in instructions were clear and concise, and the responses were prompt. The house was lovely, and the location was excellent, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. We were very satisfied.
