Manitoulin Island Ski Vacations

We had a great stay except for our fridge in the room. We left messages with the AI receptionist (we even kept our do no disturb tag off of the door like they said) no one came to the room. Spoke to two different people from the front desk and requested to have the fridge fixed. But no one came at all. We had to discard medications because of this. Overall the room was clean and the valet service was great. Wish we were given an update or if they came atleast stay in communication. Quite disappointed with the outcome.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The check in process was very simple and easy.

Room is clean. Staff are polite. No complements in the room, no single water or coffee maker. The candies, nuts and wine in the fridge are not free. There’s a note that you if you remove for over 30 seconds, you’ll be charged in your account because there’s a sensor from the base. I rather go another hotel where at least a water bottle.

I have no legs and was charged for a resort fee of $300 for something that was closed..No hot no nothing,.but LOVED the hotel.

Check in was a breeze. Got to check in 4 hours early. Upgraded to strip view suite. Grabbed a last minute reservation at Alle 66, staff was great. Next morning hit up the Awana spa for couples fountain of youth package. Incredible. Staff was super helpful and guided us on how to do everything. Lunch at VIVA was amazing. Happy hour $6 beers?! Yes please. We ordered the entire 6 item happy hour food menu and everything was fabulous. Next morning we hit up Juniors for breakfast before heading out. Delicious low key diner vibe. Loved the Conrad. Will be back. Great home base for a Vegas trip.

Nice clean facilities, easy check in. Staff was very helpful and polite. I recommend downloading the Kee app before you arrive. The room was actually an apartment. The lounge area and pool were a vibe. Will be staying again!

Was cold at night and needed an extra blanket and pillows which were not available in room. I did not ask housekeeping for the second. Night. The thermostat adjusted itself down at Night. Others then difficulty sleeping. No complaint
