Outdated . Soaking wet floor when we check in . Asking 3x for maintenance but no one is attending.
Toilet is clog.
Never check in again on this hotel

It was a pleasant stay for me and my family. All the housekeepers and attendants are very friendly and accomodating. Its also a perfect spot because its near the airport. I will definitely book with them again next year.

The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling restaurant.

Loved my stay here in Deluxe Junior Suite. The bed, pillows, towels, views, amenities, food, service, and all other things were amazing. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you City Garden Grand staff!
