"Nice hote,but the stairs from the road is to steep to get to office which is on the ground floor and your room is up above the offices area. Not handicap accessible no elvators if you're elderly or have trouble moving around. If you're in shape this a a good hotel to get you stair climb on. "

"Fun place with lots of potential. We did the day trip to little Boracay through them. The kids loved it. Pool was great. Food was really good. Played billiards, but did not have enough time to kayak or bike. Bikes were very old, the one complaint. "

"I found the Philip Ann Resort a wonderful place to stay. For such a small location it offers multitude of games and activities on and around the resort. From the games room, sun decks, variety of lounge areas, restaurant , pool, jacuzzi, a tiki bar, and a DJ. There is a little something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to ensure their customers had a great experience."

"What I did not like the most was the musty smell of the room. Did not bother to ask for room change as it will take a lot of time. Note that the smell stuck on my shirt after I woke up the next day. Also, the receptionist who took charge of our room assignments did not allow us for the three (3) rooms to be beside each other for the reason that they were not from the same booking. Quand on demande, on trouve assez bien le lieu. La femme qui gère est super et arrangeante. Il faut prendre des moyens de locomotion pour bouger mais comme partout. Notre chambre était impeccable. "

"Staff are very kind and helpful, they made sure we had what we needed. I booked a room for 2 people but I chose a bigger room because I was anticipating to have some relatives coming with us. So there were 4 of us who showed up for the room. I was expecting I would be charged for the 2 extra people but they didn’t charge me. The location is very nice if you want a quiet place to relax.
