Staff are kind, location is convenient. Faucet was out of order. I could not switch to shower.

I stayed here on my first trip to Lisbon. The staff gave me some great travel tips, which was really reassuring. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious. There were also local restaurants nearby, which gave me a nice sense of being somewhere out of the ordinary! The room was spacious, comfortable, and I slept really well. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit unstable, working in some areas but not in others. I was pleasantly surprised by the little gesture the day before checkout, and I’d love to stay here again next time I come to Lisbon!

場所は高級住宅街に位置しており、街並みは綺麗でした。近くに数件の飲食店があり、日本のガイドブックには掲載されていないが、良さげな飲食店が在ります。フロントの人は親切でした。 ホテルの近所でイワシ料理を食べたいと相談したところ、2件推薦してくれました。 朝食は中庭で食べました。ビュッフェ形式で、ハム、チーズ、果物、パン、カステラが美味しかった。

空港からも駅からもとても近くて 便利がとってもいいです！！！ 夜も下がバーなのか、明るく目立つホテルなので安心感がありました！

The location was very nice: quiet and safe neighborhood, lots of good cafes and restaurants around the hotel. It’s also a convenient: walking distance to Eduardo VII Park, Gulbenkian museum, and El Corte Ingres. Staff were friendly and helpful. We’d like to revisit Real Palacio when we come back to Lisbon!

Very clean hotel and good staff

This hotel is spacious like a royal palace, with lots of plants and birds. The jacaranda trees are beautiful, the breeze is pleasant, and there is a restaurant and bar where you can enjoy meals and desserts until late. The staff were very friendly and the conversation was enjoyable. I would like to use this hotel again when I'm in Lisbon. The Tower of Benin and the Monument to the Discoveries are nearby.

お部屋は広く、キッチンもきれいで、色々揃っていました。 ゴミの回収はありましたが、タオルが2回交換されませんでした。翌日　忘れてしまったと謝罪はありました。お庭やプールもあり、次回はプールに入れる時期に利用したいと思いました。 ホテル近所には飲食店も多く、ローカルな感じもあり、素敵なところでした。

スタッフの対応がフレンドリーかつテキパキとされていて気持ちよかったです。
