Honestly this could have been a 5 star review. Everything else was perfect… But the shower ruined my experience. The shower head was terrible and flimsy, it kept moving around while trying to shower, which in combination with a shower screen that didn’t meet, left the bathroom constantly flooding. It was also impossible to take the shower head off to wash myself properly… it was super glued on… like who is trying to steal your terrible cheap shower heads. Luxury stay, comfortable bed and facilities, budget motel bathroom. Cleaning myself properly is one of the most important factors of a hotel stay, make some improvements.

Plenty of towels, great water pressure, but needs better seals on the glass or it can leak out. The mattress could use an upgrade as I could feel the dip left by all the people. We were missing about 2 doors, one that covers the restroom/shower area, and the bedroom/couch area. Breakfast was pretty decent and every staff member was friendly. Overall I would stay again.

No longer a Rocco Forte and is noticeable missing a lot of luxury touch for your own good hopefully Four Seasons brand will and has to make a good job fixing all what is missing The location is great rooms acceptable but need urgent work to be in the luxury level If you are looking for cold air conditioning forget it In this price level a lot of options to choose from

One of the best located hotels we’ve ever stayed at. There’s a subway stop right outside, plenty of taxis available at all times and you’re just steps from Brandenburg Gate. It’s also very central, so walking elsewhere was easy and convenient. Staff was always available and attentive, rooms were beautiful and very spacious. Not a single thing I could complain about, if we ever end up back in Berlin we will absolutely stay here.

Very good hotel

Very nice, welcoming atmosphere. Not stuffy. Clean, well-maintained rooms with good electrical and internet setup. Free washer and dryer were great. Location is amazing. Very close to bus stops, U-and S-Bahn. Huge mall including supermarket is two blocks away.
