Only the wall outlet near the beds didn't work ...just that...everything was great !! Excelent hotel

This hotel was absolutely awful. It feels like it was stuck in the early 1990’s, the restaurant was awful, their food service options were awful. The “runway view” you pay extra for on top of a very expensive room to begin with is extremely far away and you mostly see people being dropped off at the airport doors, not a runway. The entire hotel feels like it’s tilted on its side which is extremely unsettling. We found black hairs on the toilet and a footprint on my made bed, crusty something or another on the headboard, nothing was wiped down. To top it all off, they started construction at 8pm and it lasted until after 10pm when I put headphones on and went to sleep. They had a crew breaking concrete and pouring new asphalt in the dead of night for some unknown reason. The front desk staff for check-in and out were very kind and truly I just feel bad they work here. Aside from being at the airport for convenience sake, there was not a single thing I recommend. I will never stay here again and I don’t suggest anyone else does as well. Definitely not the Hilton experience I’m very used to and I’m disappointed because I wanted to love it.
