Broke Fordwich Ski Vacations

Great location for the start of the Sydney marathon.....staff were very friendly....the room was clean and tidy.....

Location is great. Very close to Capitol Theatre. Our room on level 16 was well appointed, had a bath, all Foxtel channels including sports and movies was brilliant. Close to train station.

Great location and great view.

Great hotel very close to the beach and plenty of things to do! Everything was clean and well taken care of and staff was very friendly and helpful!

Amazing balcony’s

This place has one of the only 2 elevators broken for the entire week and the only one working broken down last 2 days. We all had to walk up and down the stairs. My floor was 8th but it had 20 floors. Not acceptable.

The location of this property can not be beat. however, the first room we were given was absolutely filthy. yes, carpet stains, but this carpet was not only stained, but had actual dirt and food items on it. there was hair-and not ours-in the tub and both showers. there was actual sticky stuff on the coffee table and the dinning table did not even look like it had been wiped. I always do a bedbug check before we even bring in out luggage, and no there was not any, but I pulled out the corner of the bed to do my check, I can tell you, it not NOT been vacuumed in many many years. We went done to the front desk, and the gal working was very flustered. after checking one room-that was occupied, she then showed us another room. honestly NIGHT and DAY!! yes, the carpet in the new room was stained, but the apartment was clean! Housekeeping was lacking a bit-which in general, as long as the towels are changed, we don't really care if the beds are made, and for the most part we did get clean towels daily.
