Mid North Coast Hinterland Ski Vacations

Enjoyed a beer and cookie at the bar while we waited for our room to be ready. Our room was ready before expected, which was a delight. Comfortable room overall. Slept like a dream, considering departing planes were literally across the street from us. SUPER convenient to the international terminal. After a day in Sydney, we also enjoyed an after dinner cocktail in the rooftop bar. Oh, and excellent water pressure in the shower.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

We had a lovely brught room on the 9th floor. Very clean and spacious.

Great location, room size generous. Breakfast buffet excellent. No real atmosphere in the evening, despite a beautiful restaurant/bar setting. There is only one restaurant and the food quality and service were average, despite lots of staff milling around.

Great place to stay. Pools (multiple)are gorgeous and gym is huge! Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location by the beach and shops. We had a toilet separate from the shower area and a spacious room with a lovely view of the pools and beach.

Excellent hotel in every respect. My wife, 8 year old son and I all loved it there. The staff were superb, the breakfast delicious, the room clean with a nice balcony, what more can I say!

Room is small but spotlessly clean! Location is fantastic. And staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
