Beautiful hotel in a beautiful central location in the heart of historic Rome. Everyone is gracious, helpful and polite, Our room was lovely, and the property is wonderfully maintained. Elizabeth Unique is situated on a narrow quiet side street near Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso. The breakfast was wonderful, and we enjoyed dining on the terrace in the morning. Service is given with a smile and good humor. 5 star beauty, 5 star location, 5 star staff. No hesitations.

Excellent location in the Centro - Conveniently located for sightseeing and walking a number of places. Very pleasant and helpful staff and concierge. Exceptionally clean property, with daily housekeeping, water, treats. Nice sheets and bedding. Wonderful breakfast included with additional items for purchase. Lovely courtyard, salon, and bar.

The hotel is well-located, clean, and pleasant. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, there is no iron or ironing service available. Additionally, the air conditioning is controlled from reception, which can be quite inconvenient since they turn it on and off without notice, leaving you unable to adjust the temperature in your room. Furthermore, the locker box is small and does not accommodate a computer. Aside from these issues, I had a very nice stay.
