The bathtub definitely needs a bath mat and safety handles. The tub got very slippery.
Parking in the security lot is fantastic. The only issue we had was that the elevator shuts down at 9pm every night. so you have to use the stairs. Which really isn’t horrible except we didn’t realize that the elevator shutdown and we stepped out on P4 and the stairs door closed and locked. Leaving us in the parkade having to walk down the whole parkade at night. Letting guests know about this would be great information to share for parking.
We were very pleased with our stay and look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Amazing location near expensive high end shops and great restaurants. The hotel room was perfect, great comfy beds/ pillows and great bathroom. Water bottles included in room and delicious cookies!
The outdoor jacuzzi and changing room area were incredible and clean. Everything was well maintained and such great service. Walkable to the water. Would stay again
