My family loved the tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi. Room was great. Food was great too, from brunch to mid-day cookies and dinner cocktails. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. Valet was very friendly and accommodating as was the staff at the restaurant. We extended our stay since we liked it so much. Traveled with two teens. Opportunities- Gym was tricky to get into since you have to check-in at the spa to use which was a bit awkward. Front desk staff had one unfriendly young guy who lacked people skills. Nonetheless, everyone else was exceptional and will be back here for sure!

Historic hotel that was well renovated but the rooms now have a bit of wear and tear now. The staff, location, and rideshare/valet was great. The pool was great and we were able to attend a private event at the pool because we were hotel guest.

This is a wonderful and relaxing location. We took a long weekend, but quickly lost track of time and were in our own oasis. Relaxed and taking in the sunset. Drinks by the pool were great, the food on the patio was delightful. The hotel is a little aged, rooms need some touch up to the wallpaper and a little rust to the fixtures in the bathroom, but overall a clean location and well worth the visit. Will definatly stay here again. BE AWARE OF THE A/C OVERFLOW. Ours was located in the bathroom right over the counter and went it overflowed it dripped all over my husband's amenities bag. We didn't have any idea what it was, but it appears that these overflows are common in CA hotels. An 'engineer' was sent immediately, he resolved the issue in a manner of a few minutes, and the hotel provided replacements for a few of the amenities (toothbrush and such) that were dripped on. The hotel handled the issue quickly and we were on our way to the pool. Overall a good experience with who timely and polite they were.

Very friendly staff, very nice & clean rooms. The roof top bar service excellent, and spectacular view. How do you recommend.

I very much enjoyed my time there! I liked it so much, I extended my stay! Frank at the bar was so personable and knowledgeable. He happened to work my entire stay and he was certainly a highlight to my stay. He remembered my wine order & suggested great entrees from the restaurant. We laughed like old friends. I seriously thought I was at the Four Seasons or the Fairmont Empress with the high level of customer service I received. Teresa at the front desk managed my room request for my extended stay. She insured that not only did I have the same view, it was only a few doors down from my other room for an easy transition. The room was ready first thing in the morning and she texted me to let me know. I didn't feel rushed. Our view was even better. Kyra at the pool was very attentive. I wish I could remember all the names of the excellent stay because I certainly felt like a valued guest the entire stay. Thank you! Coming again for sure!
