We stayed for the PIFA event across the street, so it was very convenient. Check in went smooth and Roberto was very helpful in getting our room very close by other family members. One of the staff members gave us a ride to the event, which was a blessing since we walked with our uncle who was elderly and barely could walk. I wish I remembered her name because she was very kind, patient, and a sweetheart. The only negative is, I wished there was a microwave in our room, which made it difficult to warm up food. Lucky our other family members stayed in a suite so we used there's. Other than that, it's a beautiful place to stay.

Room was decently clean but there are clear remnants of large plots of sand in the carpet and the toilet was left with clear marks of prior use. The facility charges criminal fees for snacks and water so avoid if you can. $15 for a bottle of water is just robbery. Overall a decent experience but the entire facility severely lacks value for your money.

Staff was nice. There were a couple spots in the room that were a little dusty. We didn't have any hot water for the first 3 days mainly luke warm for morning showers. My wife and I were there from Sept 19th to the 25th for a large Convention. It was nice that the Hotel does have a nice location with easy access to transportation. Main complaint was the beds has a gap about 4 inches off the floor that is hard to see and judge when we got there. Not even 5 minutes after getting into the room I got my foot caught in that gap and fell face first into the carpet, bloodying my nose and injuring my back and right hip. I was informed by the head concierge that the Hotel is being remodeled and the gap is not going to be there in the new design of the rooms. They did offer to upgrade our room which we declined and they did send up some treats for us and got a complimentary breakfast. The Hotel also has these small single use shampoo and body wash was bottles in the shower that I thought was a little unhandy. Other places we had stayed have hade large bottles attached in the shower that were much nicer to use. The room was comfortable and the beds also were comfortable. It would have been nice if there was a couple USB ports for cell phone charging along with the 120 volt plug ins between the beds at the back of the nightstand.
