Great friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived at the property at 1:00 pm and even though my check-in time was at 3:00, they offered to check me in 2 hours early without any hesitation.
They knew I was running the Houston marathon on my return date and assured me that they will accommodate an hour for a late checkout.
Very professional staff and attentive to guest’s needs.
Highly recommend The Whitehall Houston!!

This is my favorite hotel in Houston, love the service and breakfast is amazing. Love the Nespresso machine in the rooms and the snacks :). It feels luxurious without being pompous, staff is so nice and helpful.
