Great hotel, clean and modern room, friendly staff, very good breakfast!

We needed hotel close to the airport that could sleep a family of 7. We got two rooms. The showers were moldy and carpet was very dirt. Sheets and towels were newer and clean. Called ahead to get a shuttle. Shuttle only seats 8 and only runs on the hour and is only first come first serve. Had to get a shuttle outside of running time and had to pay for service that was free when we could not go.

Highly recommended. Friendly, helpful staff and very clean facilities. Very nice breakfast buffet. Can’t beat for the price!

Excellent location of the property

A pleasant stay at Hotel Mozart, it did what it says on the tin. Room cleanliness left a bit to be desired (stains on the wall and linen and crumbs left on the floor from previous occupants. The location is good and is a nice area. Breakfast was good for its price point.

Check in staff were not personable nor friendly. Also very slow. Porters were friendly and helpful. Room was ok. The AC unit was loud and could hear it throughout the night while sleeping - but at least we had AC! Housekeeping never topped up the hair conditioner - had to ask for it. In our last night, sheets had a very funny odor even though they were clean and beautifully ironed/pressed. The view from the 13th floor restaurant was so stunning!!! Menu could have been better. Drinks were way too expensive- €20 for a G&T?! Location was good.

Super friendly staff and large rooms. Free still & sparkling water and short walk to navigli, my favorite area in milan. AC plus additional fans are available. Beautiful property, indoor courtyard. Great breakfast buffet

Incredible view of the lake from the balcony of a comfortable and spacious room. Great bed. We loved the spa with a panoramic view of the lake. We thought the breakfast was expensive at €22 a head for what was on offer.

Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming. Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.
