Northern Vietnam Romantic Vacations

Although we stayed at the hotel for only a short time, we received excellent service at the reception and in the dining room. They surprised my wife with a bouquet of flowers and a cake for her birthday. The breakfast was rich and delicious.

What was memorable about this hotel was the staff, hospitality was excellent. They were professional and extremely helpful, we definitely appreciated it for the entire stay. Complimentary breakfast is a nice bonus, the hotel is also located in an area with lots of things to do and see. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of Old Quarter. Breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety. The staff was helpful. I didn’t use the pool or exercise room. The hand soap in the bathroom smelled awful so I used the supplied body wash when needed. The shower had limescale from hard water and dark stains in the corners which could be mold. I’ve stayed at other properties in the same price range and have not encountered either of these issues. The air conditioning worked well.

We loved our stay at Lavender Central! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was decorated the bed beautifully with towel swans and roses for our anniversary.Amenities provided everyday included two bottles of water and for the bathroom—shampoo, body wash, q tips, razor, shower cap, and toothbrushes. House keeping promptly clean our rooms every morning. The room was very quiet—couldn’t believe we were in the midst of the bustling Old Quarter at bedtime. We only took advantage of the breakfast the last morning and it was delicious. The hotel was located perfectly for walking around and seeing many things Hanoi has to offer. Perfect stay for a couple!
