Rooms look small, place can use a deep carpet cleaning, elevator system is a mess, parking its an extra charge, on site restaurants are GREAT!!

The best hotel in Santorini, and the best breakfast among the hotels.

This was an amazing hotel, right on the caldera. The best swimming pool we saw on this side of Santorini looking out across the sea. Location was amazing, staff we super helpful, and it felt exclusive.

The bathroom was terribly dirty! I did the cleaning myself as I was calling the front desk but unfortunately no one was answering. We we're so tired of our travel that I just rested and thought about it for tomorrow. The next day upon waking up, I called the front desk and my call was answered by I believe is a receptionist. She did not introduce herself and I told her that I need to speak to the manager regarding my concern from yesterday. She told me that the manager will call me instead of placing me on hold. Waited for 10 minutes and spoke to Nayeem who introduce himself as the property manager. I told him about our experience from yesterday and he told me the a 50% discount for my 1st day stay will be added to my online booking. I asked him that we do need an upgrade with our room as we are not very comfortable with everything. The room including the furniture are very old and needs to be replace for customer satisfaction. I believed that the only thing satisfying in our stay is that is was close to the Tower Bridge. To conclude everything, Nayeem updated our room and the difference between the previous room was that this time, we had the view of the Tower Bridge. Still everything remains the same including the cleanliness of the bathroom and the room itself. I thanked Nayeem for this customer satisfying move.

The location was perfect. I could easily walk to all the attractions. The rooftop restaurant is the best. Had amazing views of the Acropolis everyday. The breakfast buffet was healthy and delicious. I was invited with fresh squeezed orange juice everyday during breakfast along with a fresh pot of coffee. That set the right mood for the day. The staff were friendly and informative. Overall, highly recommend the hotel.
