Had a great stay and appreciated having a kitchen and an m&s right at the entrance to the street to the hotel!

Excellent value, whilst not a cheap option, it is definitively very good value. The staff were professional and accommodating. They allowed early check in because they had availability. They were friendly. The location is great. The units are great in size for a family, and basic provisions (coffee, detergent, dish soap, milk capsules, etc) are provided. The units are modern and in good taste, some items are a little tired from guest traffic, but, hey some times guests do give the equipment a rough ride! Very clean. The lady at reception is charming, and the cleaning staff are professional. Will be back and recomend.

Room was clean and inviting. The balcony view of The Thames and Tower Bridge was worth every penny. I didn't need to kitchen other than for teas but very modern. The close proximity of this property to Tower Hill Station and London Bridge Station makes this an ideal pick between price, amenities and location.

Very nice property, modern finishes and very clean. Apartment style is perfect for families or couples who want space. Neighborhood is very charming with quaint shops and great restaurants. We would absolutely come back here again.

Wonderful hotel! Amazing staff!

Perfect hotel for a busy first trip to London! Walking distance to so many things and easy connection to the Tube, busses, and water taxi. Insanely busy outside, but extremely quiet inside.
