ワイト島でのロマンチックな旅行

The resort was beautiful and very well maintained, the staff were accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed or asked for. My only negative would be to make access to links/online information for room service, and restaurant menus. I spent too much time trying to navigate to find these things based on the flyers I was given at check in. For visitors who are not computer savvy, this is very challenging. But other than that, would love to come and stay again.

This app was completely unhelpful. We had two different instances where we needed help from the front desk, but all they did was give a flippant answers and no assistance. We needed medication, and the front desk girl had no idea where we could get any. She was very rude when she asked her for help. Upon check-in we had multiple issues with the attitude of the check-in person. The hotel itself is lovely. The balconies and the rooms were lovely and had plenty of space. If you don't care about the staff, everything is great.

Several family members stayed here for a wedding in the area. Our suites were very nice. The full size refrigerator and even the stove came in very handy. The living area, bathroom and bedroom were roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
