Overall I had an excellent experience overall. Clean room with good quality and amenities overall. Excellent service throughout my stay, even when things went awry (I had an issue with a malfunctioning door lock, which was promptly and quickly addressed in a very professional manner). The Lounge had great drinks/appetizers.

Great location for public transport and able to walk to the waterfront. Chinatown is just behind too. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was travelling alone having arrived on a long haul flight and the welcome was warm and efficient. I opted for room service breakfast and it was delivered easily within the time frame given.
The Omni had been recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint.
