We stayed in the luxury twin suite with the bathtub view of the ferris wheel. For the price, I had expect a litte more. This place needs a revamp. The finishing are showing age and the carpets need replaced.
My biggest problem was after the second day, a man walked in my room after it had been cleaned, no knock, nothing announcing his enter, while I was in a state of undress. I choose to engage the privacy button for the next 5 night stay so no one entered my room.
Staff: we were not advised at check in what amenities were available, no explanation of the pool, gym, or anything. Just gave us our key and that was it.
This was a special anniversary stay of 7 nights. I was disappointed and would not stay here again.
