Nice hotel. Nice spa. Staff great. Best thing is location. We did day trips to cool beaches.

The hotel was perfectly located. It was modern, clean and had such a great vibe. The staff was so friendly and very informative about everything. Will definitely stay again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly hotel is very clean and breakfast was wonderful with a myriad of choices. Location is close to shopping and transportation. Many stores and restaurant around and faces the main square. The rain shower was wonderful with excellent flow of warm water no limit. The amenities, like the gym, however, is located offsite close enough but I didnt have time to go so i cant grade it fairly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is my favorite hotel! It sits on top of a hill and the views of the city and the Mediterranean are spectacular. The staff is very professional and friendly and makes you feel at home.

Wellington Hotel is one of the best hotels in Madrid. Great stay and great service.

The positives are that the property is in a good location, with plenty of free on street parking, and the breakfast is of decent quality. However, the overall experience is definitely below the 5 star standard. The air con in the room is poor. The lighting controls in the room are extremely confusing to operate. The air con in the fitness suite is so bad that working out is very uncomfortable. Service at breakfast is slow, taking nearly 30 minutes before our order was taken one morning. The condition of the public areas, including the pool area is poor - tiles and decking boards lifted, beds dirty and green froth floating in one of the pools. In our 5 days at the property, we didn’t see any aspect of the public spaces being cleaned. Overall, I would give the hotel 4 stars at best. A lot more attention to detail is required before it lives up to it’s 5 star rating.

The best location ( near best night clubs), good beach, very good breakfast , staff was kind, and the only problem it was the broken sunbeds.
