I did a lot of research on where to stay. This hotel did not disappoint. From the moment I booked the hotel reached out and offered arrangements from the airport. Everything from airport pickup to dinner reservations was seamless. The hotel was even more beautiful in person. I would stay here again

I received an upgrade to a residential space which was phenomenal - apartment living. The restaurant and spa were wonderful. However, the premises offered very little outdoor space, with a very small lap pool that was underwhelming. On a separate note, housekeeping tossed out food I stored in the refrigerator and removed all of the mini bar snacks and drinks prior to my departure. I reached out to the front desk twice to inform them of this, but no one followed up on what happened. So, that was a disappointment.
Overall, a beautiful property but I’d prefer one with greater walkability and better outdoor facilities (pool area).

The only ice machine was under repair. Had to go to the restaurant to get ice. The staff was unaware and directed me to the broken machine. Suggestion - add multiple ice machines.
