Breakfast qqas amazing

Always a favorite place to stay the night before an international trip out of PTY. Love the reception area and tiki bar. Nice to have the small gift shop. Convenient shuttle runs every hour on the hour to the airport.

Bathroom needs some updates, especially the faucets.

The outside, all area was excellent maintained and the bars was excellent and very well kept, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of all aspects of the property, we paid the discounted price for the breakfast for our entire stay and the breakfast was excellent every morning the staff really made it worth while. I would give this hotel a easy 5 stars

My stay started on the wrong foot when they made me wait 2 plus hours for my room. Then, they placed me in a room directly in front of on-going construction. So, I had to wait again, which further aggravated me. However, the staff did make it up to me with a room upgrade and breakfast. From there on things were great! The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The location was fantastic! Close to everything i.e. restaurants, casinos, attractions, etc. Thank you Le Meridien staff! I had a great stay and will be coming back!

This hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is very small and in a strange spot so not that enticing to use. The gym is very well equipped and spacious; but it was under construction partway through our visit which we did not know about ahead of time. The only issue I had with this hotel was the mattresses; they need to be replace. They are conceived and springs poke into you-it was very uncomfortable. But I cannot stress enough how wonderful the front desk staff were in helping me when I left my purse in an uber. They went above and beyond to help.
