You definitely cannot beat the location, it was magical. The pool was large and lots of chairs. The rooms were nice and clean and the cleaning ladies were by far the friendliest people at the hotel.
We were not greeted, we passed by staff constantly and they basically ignored us. They have a new team taking over the pool activities, it was their first week trying drinks, music and food by the pool. The workers were rude and did not care we were there.
Will we be back? I'm not sure if we will stay at this hotel, but we will be back to the same area, maybe give another hotel a try.
