We’ve stayed at the hotel many times. Location is great. Good breakfast buffet and service. Lounge is nice, especially on Saturdays where you can hear the opera singers. Our room had a wonderful view of the harbour but the air conditioning wasn’t working properly so it was difficult to sleep. We weren’t able to check in very early but the trainee staff did their best considering all the cruise ship passengers that were in the hotel. The Five Sails restaurant in the hotel has been hit or miss over the years. Overall highly recommend the hotel.

The staff was great they called my cell phone when our room was ready. The room was true to the pictures online the location was great and the price was great.
