Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member who helped us with booking in and explaining all what’s available to us.
The hotel was very clean and welcoming. In the room the fridge was full of various drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic, plus snacks such as crisps and chocolate, which are charged to the room if taken. All the usual amenities are included such as iron and hair dryer.
The hotel is located in an ideal location for Tower Bridge etc and loads of places to eat and drink including Gordon Ramsey’s Lucky Cat restaurant at 22 Bishopsgate, 20 minutes walk.

Extremely disappointing experience. The night staff were unhelpful and appeared completely incompetent, while serious antisocial behaviour from other guests was allowed to continue unchecked from 12am -6am.
The hotel’s website claims that the rooms are soundproofed, but that certainly wasn’t my experience, the noise from neighbouring rooms was clearly audible and made it very difficult to sleep and an uncomfortable stay.
Overall, this hotel falls well short of what I would expect from a four-star property. I would strongly recommend avoiding it.
