Charming little Hotel I have stayed there several times and I will be back.

Staff were very courteous and helpful, with suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. Location was perfect.

Lovely time in Nice, wonderful location as well. Great hotel for accommodations close to the beach and dining, walking distance to much of everything you want to do/see and friendly knowledgeable staff!

Our room had a garden view which was lovely. Nice sized bedroom and bathroom. As a reminder, in Europe, most hotels do not have face/wash clothes so bring your own if that is important. Also although they do have AC the property had disconnected it as it was becoming fall season. During the day the room was a bit warm but quite comfortable at night and in the morning. Just in case that is a factor for someone. Hotel is in a lovely and quaint somewhat residential area. Only a few blocks to the Promenade. Lots of restaurants very close.

Iconic hotel in a great location. We enjoyed our room on the sixth floor although the bathroom was too small and the closet was tiny Service throughout the hotel was excellent although housekeeping was inconsistent. They routinely forget to replace coffee cups, teabags, etc. Not what you'd expect for over $1,100 a night. Overall though the Martinez is highly recommended.

Not fancy but extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful!
