From the reception team, restaurant staff, housekeepers and management; everyone was top notch and customer focused. The hotel itself is exceptionally maintained coupled with the advantage of having the Metro station just outside the hotel which makes it easier for commuting around the city. The M13 takes you straight to 15 mins walk Eiffel Tower (Saint Denise - Porte De Paris to Invalides Station; just 21 mins on M13).
Exceptional and I can’t recommend it enough. We will come again. 😀

Air conditioning was centralised and we couldn’t control from our room. Staff unorganised. Asked for bedding for children’s sofa bed, only one side was made then had to return to reception for more bedding. Had to also ask for towels for 4 people twice. Area was a big dodgy, but close to the metro.

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, au cœur du 16e arrondissement, avec le métro à proximité ainsi que plusieurs restaurants, commerces et une pharmacie, ce qui rend les déplacements et le quotidien très faciles.
Le personnel est également très gentil, accueillant et arrangeant. On s’y sent rapidement à l’aise, dans une ambiance calme et agréable. Mon séjour s’est tellement bien passé que j’ai finalement décidé de prolonger d’une nuit !
Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerais sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Paris.
