Very poor communication. All the links they sent looked like a scam. The phone number available does not work.
The room was okay but the bed was so big that the door couldn’t close.
Spend you money elsewhere. Chelsea hotel is up the street and I had a much better stay there 1 month ago

A beautiful hotel in an awesome location. The valet is incredibly convenient as driving downtown Toronto is a nightmare. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfy and room clean. My only neg is that the shower situation is bad for a hotel this fancy, no door, flimsy & difficult shower curtain. Water pressure was great though. We didn't eat at the restaurant on the main floor but it did look delightful and we did get coffee from the bar that was good and reasonably priced.

Great location. Hotel rooms a little dated and dark. Staff were all very helpful. Room booked for 2 adults & 2 kids, however housekeeping only left 3 towels & 2 bath robes so had to contact them everyday for extra towels.
Would be nice to be told a bit more about the hotel & amenities at check in.
