バスタオルの交換が言わないとなく、次の日には２日分のタオルが補充された。1日分余分だった。

Our first trip to Austria was made even more special by our stay at EST Hotel Palais Chotek. We were surprised to learn this is a brand-new hotel inside a beautiful historic building. Everything felt fresh, spotless, and beautifully designed. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Marvin, the concierge, warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly, efficient, and took the time to show us the hotel and explain the amenities. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—even my wife, who usually isn’t a fan of hotel buffets, loved it. Our eight-year-old daughter enjoyed it as well. If you’re visiting Vienna for the first time, I highly recommend EST Hotel Palais Chotek. Beautiful hotel, outstanding staff, and an unforgettable experience!

1点だけ気になったのは、エアコンを使用せずに窓を開けて室温を下げることが推奨されているためか、室内に虫が多かったことです。しかし、客室内は広くて快適でした。特にバスルームは洗面台が2つあり豪華な設計になっていました。スタッフも親切で、客室内になかった電子ケトルがないか相談すると貸してくださいました。おしゃれな店での朝食も満足しました。劇場やリサイタルホールなどに行く機会が多い滞在者なら立地は抜群です。私もまたこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

The staff were incredibly kind, and that was what impressed me the most. When I asked how to use the air conditioner, they kindly drew simple pictures, making it very easy for me to understand. Since I don't speak English very well, I was worried about communicating, but their thoughtful help put all my worries to rest. I truly appreciated their patience and kindness. Not only the front desk staff, but every employee I met greeted me with a warm smile, which made my entire stay feel welcoming and enjoyable. The room was also excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location was another great advantage. There was a subway station within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel around Vienna and visit the city's attractions. If I have the chance to visit Vienna again, I would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. Thank you for making my trip even more enjoyable!
