Wonderful property, amazing hosts. 20 minutes outside of Florence center-easy to get a taxi. My family loved everything about our stay here!

We had a wonderful week at the Palazzo Firenze by Baglioni Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is located a short walk from the center of Florence. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much for them. Their recommendations for restaurants were also excellent especially the Natalino which was 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Never stayed in a palace! What an experience! Everything was 100% or more!

Spent 2 nights here for a short break. Lovely hotel.... Spa was used both days and was lovely after long days sightseeing! Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.... Room was also excellent...spacious, comfy and had all amenities needed. It was rather warm in our room but we had a balcony so just opened the door. Didn't bother us enough to mention it to staff though! Breakfast was also good, plenty of choice and freshly cooked. All in all would definitely recommend!!

I enjoyed my stay. I was there for 2 days. The location is about 15min walk to main square and major shopping. Lots of good food location along the way. Breakfast was average and the pool was average but a great treat for the really hot days. I loved the accessible laundry 4eu for wash and 4eu for the dryer. This was great because you definitely need to change multiple times in the summer heat. Mini fridge was stock as well....great treat.
