アーリーチェックインしてくれたのは非常に助かった。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで素晴らしい接客だった。朝食は値段に見合う種類ではないが、味は良かった。

Although I expressed my thanks on the day, I would like to share the hotel's kind and thoughtful service with others who are considering staying here. When I was making a reservation for the buffet, I mistakenly booked the buffet at The Star in Sydney. This unexpected trouble during an overseas trip made me very anxious, but a male staff member at the concierge desk kindly helped us out. He even checked to see if we were charged any cancellation fees, which made us very happy. Additionally, another male staff member at the concierge desk provided very courteous service when we left our luggage. While the room, the hotel's restaurant, and the casino were all wonderful, the kindness of the staff left the biggest impression on us. This was our fourth visit to the Gold Coast, and thanks to your excellent staff, we’ve grown to love this city even more. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying here.

スタッフの対応が大変良かったです。また、ホテル全体的にアートスティックな感じで作られており、ほかのホテルにはない。特別な感じに好感が持てました。 いろいろな面で便の良さがあり、また、次の機会があれば泊まりたいと思っています。現地の人は、外見上ホテルではなく、イベント施設と思っていたとのことでした。

ホテルの部屋からの景色はこの上無い素晴らしいものです。 自然の一部に溶け込むような感覚が得られ、充実した休暇を楽しむ事が出来ました。 ホテルのスタッフも熱心、フレンドリーで対応に満足です。 時間があればまたゆっくり滞在したいです。
