Room small but sufficient. Great location close to circular quay and to airport train

We stayed in a one bedroom suite for two nights for three people. The fold out bed is terrible with the mattress having springs / lumps everywhere. Very poor mattress for the money you pay. Room service food was the worst. I had a simple order of a ham and cheese toasted sandwich - it was burnt so I asked for a new unburnt one to be cooked. When it came back they had taken off one side and flipped the burnt side over. So it was burnt and uneditable - for $38 total. The Conciege service was outstanding. With so many options in Sydney for accomodation and if you know you will need a sofa bed and just want simple room service there are others choices

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean, lovely view from window. Had a very restful nights sleep. Great location, very close to bridge street Light rail stop.

We had a stay scheduled here and due to airplane problems, missed our scheduled flight. The hotel staff was very helpful in getting our pickup at the Sydney end rescheduled. The hotel was beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay, even though we were only able to enjoy one night with them.

Beautiful view, very clean room and the staff were great. Directly on the beach.

I stayed in a room at the front of the building, on the 4th floor. I didn't need an accessible room, but that is what I got. The room size was great- it was very spacious. The bed was comfy, and the shower hot. Being on the 4th floor at the front it was noisy with truck/traffic noise overnight. The accessible bathroom meant that it was very open, with no shower cubicle. The shower next to the toilet led to a wet toilet seat after the shower. No fan in the bathroom led to a steamy room, where the moisturise settled on every surface, and left a slimy feel to the benchtop and slippery floors. The water also ran out of the bathroom into the entrance of the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would I stay again- probably, but I'd ask for a room on a higher floor.

Perfect room and location, great friendly staff too. The only downside was the gym, as it was a bit dirty and didn’t have any mats. The sauna had a huge draft coming in too. Honestly though, everything else about our stay was fantastic.
