Absolutely B E A U T I F U L!

This is one of my favorite hotels. To start with, the staff are very friendly; the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are great. The location is perfect—you can walk Duomo and galleria , and if you need to do some shopping, there is a pharmacy, a grocery store, a gelato shop, and restaurants all less than a minute away. I highly recommend it; it’s perfect.

Room was spotless. Having the parking garage and entrance was very nice. Felt more like an apartment than a hotel.

Breakfast was enjoyable but limited the same happens with the restaurant and is not opened all the time considering it is in the hotel. Airport shuttle had to be reserved there is no schedule and you have to pay a fee. My room key worked every other day no matter where I stored it. My friend had a separate room and the same thing happened with her key. Most of the staff were friendly, except for two older guys at the bar, they were rude. It is 5 minutes to the airport and if you have a rental to keep it in a secure place be ready to pay 20 euros per day. There is free parking but is very limited.

The only drawback is that the hotel is located near a busy roundabout, but unless you open the windows, you can barely hear anything. Easy free parking next to the hotel. Excellent value for money, friendly staff who speak several languages. Wide selection at breakfast. We will definitely be back Thank you

Our stay at Melia Milano was a pleasant one. Definitely would stay there again next time I am in milan.

Lovely location away from the crowds but not so far from Rialto etc. Good quality hotel. Very clean!! Cleaner than many other 5 star hotels I've experienced. Some great food places nearby by the canalside too. Especially the restaurant Very Good. With another travel companion, I would have liked to have tried the hotel restaurant. Would certainly stay here again if staying in Carneggio.

Our stay in Ca’ Di Dio was nothing short of perfect! The staff were very hospitable and the property is beautifully designed and maintained. We’ll definitely be staying there whenever we are in Venice.

This hotel is right on the canal. It is very convenient to St Marks Square as well as the pick up location for our car to the cruise port. Great breakfast.

Great location, really beautiful. It was a former palace, and you really feel majestic being there.

Room was nicely decorated and attractive, but it was small. Had a hanging rod for clothes, but no drawers nor many surfaces to put things. Shower stall was very small, but the showerhead was very good so showering was not a problem and I am over 6 feet. Lighting in the bathroom was dim. Staff was nice but they were never present at night so if you didn’t get back from touring around town in the early evening, you couldn’t get any help with anything. Continental breakfast was fine but it was €12 and I believe the Expedia website had a lower price. The location was fantastic, two minutes from Saint Mark Square, there is a grocery store right around the corner to buy water and fruit and essentials. The restaurants heading north from the hotel were pretty reasonably priced and I found a good breakfast spot right around the corner. Overall, it was a great place to stay as a solo traveler and I think it would’ve been OK for two people as well.

This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.
