Shuttle ship service management between Lido and Venice was poorly handled. There were a few unhappy hotel users who complained, and even to the extent that they came to us to complain; this may be a problem of hotel users, however, if the hotel was managing better, this kind of unpleasant moment might have been avoided.

スタッフの方は非常に丁寧で好印象です。 また最寄り駅から徒歩数分程度で交通の便も良好。 ただ、隣接するメトロM3はセントラル駅から治安が芳しくないので、スーツケースを持っての乗車はお奨めしません。

ドゥーモまで徒歩10分くらい。近くに美味しいレストランがあり不便を感じなかった スタッフも感じが良くていい旅行が出来ました。

I was torn between a four-star hotel near the Duomo and a five-star hotel a bit farther away, and ultimately chose this one. My room was in the attic, with only a skylight and no window to look outside, but it was spacious and comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner were from Diptyque, adding to the pleasant experience, so the lack of windows didn’t bother me at all.

とにかく全てのインテリアに個性があり、スポーツやアートの好きな名家（？）に滞在しているかのようでした。 ジュニアスイートカテゴリーに泊まりましたが部屋は清潔で使いやすく、バスルームの水量や温度も充分でした。タオルやリネンの肌触りも良かったです。朝食のパン等もイタリアにしては美味しく、朝食バスケットの中のものはおかわりも自由だったようです。冬だったので利用はしなかったですが、中庭のラウンジも素敵で、色々な仕掛けがあった模様。次回はもっとゆっくり滞在してホテルライフを楽しみたいです。
