Large room with luxury amenities including a town down service and tasty coffee. Beds were comfortable and appreciated the black out shades and view. Ran into some celebs in the elevator.

Pros: Clean, gorgeous property, super quiet Negatives: Biggest negative is the old school magnetic stripe card keys, which are finicky and lose their charge often. Recommend getting two cards even if you don't need both. Second biggest negative is the odd behaviour by the staff. Asking for your card key to get recharged get you a lecture from the staff about keeping your cards separate from each other so they don't demagnetize each other. We were also chased down by the staff on the way to check out the onsite gym with a firmly spoken, "Can I help you?!" when there was nowhere else we could be going. As it turns out, our card keys wouldn't let us into the gym anyway, even though all guests should have access, but given the problems mentioned earlier, it wasn't worth trying to get assistance about it. At least they still worked for the room access.

My stay here was great! Clean facilities and convenient location for concert goers. Highly recommend.

Perfect room. Beautiful gym. Steam room in spa was huge and a nice bonus. Cocktail bar was just right. Not too stuffy and still fun and classy. Lobby is gorgeous.

The staff was amazing. Rooms are dated but priced fairly. Having the kitchenette was useful.

I can tell that normally, this would be a quality and reliable, well priced place. It was a bit unnerving with the construction going on at the site. The listing on Expedia made no mention, but they immediately blasted a message flagging this post-purchase (after it was too late to cancel). Because this was for an overnight work trip, no real issue. But it was a bit yucky in the hallways, aesthetically only (it was otherwise vacuumed etc.), and it was legit noisy through the night due to maybe exposed plumbing or elevator sound that normally would not be heard. The construction activity itself was not invasive nor particularly noisy. The breakfast buffet was very well done. The found was above satisfactory, and clean, fresh and well maintained by staff. I would not hesitate to return in similar circumstances. Thanks for having me.
