The room was beautiful, as always. The breakfast at George was delicious, great service as well. I was confused as to why the bar situation changed this visit. I went down to get a drink to bring up to our room on Saturday night and we had to wait in a line and couldn't just stand around the bar and order a drink. I hadn't experienced that during my last visit there and I decided to just get a drink at Shucker's instead.

The casino in the Encore wasn’t as lively as expected. The Wynn casino was much more lively. Did not get a chance to visit the pool. Had to ask for slippers in the room. Would be nice to include them on arrival. Would also be nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

i liked the ambience and luxury of Trump hotel

One of the most important things for our travel is to be able to relax. Here there are not any slots machines and overcrowded restaurants. The house keeping staff, door greeters, and overall staff were knowledgeable of the surroundings, and property. Our room was cleaned daily and our two housekeepers went the extra mile to add special touches on the room each day! Amazing views and quiet building made this the best choice for me and my wife.

Easy, quick check in

We were supposed to receive a $20 beverage credit, but did not receive it. We used the kiosk to check in and the line at the reception desk was always to long to ask anyone about the beverage credit.

Room was spotless and everythimg furnished, even bath robes. Staff friendly, professional and attentive. Bed comfortable and loved the shower pressure. Enjoyed the selection of dining options. Will definitely be returning.

I love the signature hotel , but my experience this time wasn't the greatest starting with the phone in the hotel, it wasn't working to call front desk to bring my luggage to the room, good thing i call on my phone so they can come and take care of it the maintenance guy came so quickly, but next day i was asking for a hairdryer and they took way too long , was waiting for about 45minutes to an hour and i call like 3 times to know the update on the hairdryer, they never showed up while i was in the room waiting,and my hair was already dry after waiting for so long, when we left the room ,we put the do not disturb our no housekeeping needed on the door because i don't need anything anymore, so when i came back to my room at night, for my surprise housekeeping open the door and left the hairdryer on the table.. i really don't needed anymore after almost an hour they took to decide to bring it, and if they see the sing of not disturb or no need housekeeping why THEY STILL ENTER TO THE ROOM , they should have call first .. i was very disappointed of this situation..
