My husband and I take trips to the Caribbean once a year. We typically don't consider going to the same place twice. However, our stay at the Blue Diamond has made us rethink that decision. The customer service, facility, and food were amazing. The food always tasted so fresh and the Mexican dishes were particularly fantastic. Our experience is definitely a memory we won't soon forget. This was hands down one of our best travel experiences.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Pools were clean. Really nothing to complain about. The bed was a little firm for us and the beach wasn't what we expected but that just being nitpicky. Overall a wonderful stay.

The staff anticipates guests’ needs with effortless professionalism.

Stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. Food was delicious. For breakfast and lunch, there are not many choices. We kept going to the buffet. For dinner, they make you make reservations for dinner when you arrive and you can’t book anything on the day you arrive but the following days. Reataurants are nice, food is tasty, staff is friendly too. There are not many choices so you just go to the same buffet or the sea food restaurant outside by the beach. Coffee shop doesn not really feels like a coffee shop, they dont have much to offer compare to Hyatt Ziva. Mini bar in the room has small chip snacks and canned drinks.. again, no much there compare to Hyatt Ziva. For pools, not much fun set up for kids. We went to kids club -has water park but its like in the back of resort and under building balcony. Game room is not that fancy either but still went there to have some for the kids. We liked the shows at night and watching World Cup Final in the big screens with other people enjoying dinner buffet there was fun too. Hope to go to Cancun again but it will be a different one next. Overall okay to good stay here.
