The hotel is really really pretty, and the facilities are very good. The breakfast was nice and varied. The sauna is ridiculously hot (good thing), and the jacuzzi is good. The pool I can’t believe is heated, as it’s freezing. The gym is just a typical hotel gym (max 10kg weights and couple of treadmills.
The staff are quite stiff, but I think it might be a culture thing.
Make sure to have items included in your booking package though, because my god the prices are astronomical for the Spa, Breakfast, massages etc. I’ve been countless places, and the massages are the most expensive I’ve ever seen. We got a room upgrade, but was pretty much the same but on the front of the building, to which you can hear everything, and must of got woken up from emergency services every hour.
