Me and my partner have just returned from a 4 day trip to Copenhagen and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel.
Every member of staff were extremely friendly and helpful to the point of even extending our room as we had a very late flight on the day we left.
The gym was the best I have ever seen for a hotel gym. Plenty of space, a great selection of machines, workout stations and even and outdoor space that is available.
Our only slight downside was we were in one of the rooms at the end of the corridor and each time it was due to be cleaned we were in the room which meant we never fully had our room cleaned.
But all in all a great hotel and would certainly book again if ever in Copenhagen

iPad check-in kiosks in lobby did not work. Had heating trays stored between brick arches on the floor where I was staying. That ruined the aesthetic
