We had a wonderful experience at Outrigger. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction felt warm and thoughtful. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy our stay. You can tell that attention to detail really matters here. The service throughout our visit was outstanding. Everything was seamless, professional, and delivered with aloha spirit. We truly felt cared for and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great view, staff and clean and orderly room. Loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Great place to stay!

Every one was pleaseant and helpful. The location was great. Most Every thing we did was within walking distance.

EVERYTHING was perfect. It is hard to believe but we could not have ask for anything more‼️

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming. The view from the room was awesome and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, the shower pressure was quite weak, so it took a long time to properly wash my hair and body. Also, on a rainy day, we noticed water leaking inside the elevator, which was a bit concerning. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but there is some room for improvement.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

A bit dated room but good location. Amenities are great and beach access was very close.

The location was great. It was out of the hustle and bustle but still close enough to be a fairly short drive to main attractions of the island. The room was a little dated and showed a lot of wear. The bed was super comfortable but the roosters crowing 2 hours before daylight was off-putting. Also, the neighbors smoking pot outside our window and filling our room with smoke was a bit much. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
