Everything was perfect.

Great rooms. Perfect location. Beautiful hotel overall. Wish we had more time at the property. We'd love to stay again.

First of all,complimentary tour was amazing! I would’ve never known all the stores behind it and our tour guide was so pleasant and informative. Room- the front door had a hole on the bottom. Front desk check in - very accommodating and felt sincere welcoming. Cleaning crew- nicely done and pleasant when meet on the hallway Bell boys - many times we were in and out never got the greetings or even offer to help with luggage. Inside the Iron gate way- we were sitting out and homeless came up to the next chair and park himself to sleep during the day. HOTEL- is beautiful! I wished we had little tighter security.

This is a great property if you want to relax and not go far, there is a lot to do in walking distance. The room was very nice, was told it was newly renovated. It was not the room I booked, I was told I was upgraded and the resort fees removed on check in, it was at the end of a busy hall and there was a lot of noise at night, people not realizing maybe that there was a guest room there talking very loudly. When I checked out I commented on it and they (again) removed the resort fees, which means they were actually never removed the first time. Over all my stay was nice although maybe not as relaxing as I would have liked. The restaurants and location was very good.

We booked through expedia for the bed and breakfast package. At no time could we get breakfast without waiting 45 minutes to an hour for the included buffet. If you’re going to offer a package like that you should put priority on the people staying in your hotel and paying your exorbitant resort fee charged daily to my room. Never coming back to the Winn or Encore. I will not recommend others to stay there.

Very well maintained property. Very close to the Sphere, many high quality restaurants and really good shopping.

Overall good. This place is very big so plan more time to get around.

Great location in midtown. Rooms are spacious with a desk and new bathrooms.

First time there and will stay again. Good service from all members of the staff. We will be back.
