Room is clean, good value for money.

We had a great 5-star stay from check-in to check-out! The room was so nice—spacious and clean. Customer service was a 10/10. The staff were amazing, from the bellmen and front desk to the concierge and housekeeping. Our Expedia member perks were offered at check-in without having to ask. We received a beverage and casino credit, and they gave us the option of early check-in or late check-out at no extra cost. The resort is in a great location on the Strip and has lots of food options and activities on property for the whole family. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas!

The staff was very helpful and courteous. I booked a smoking room, and they put us in a non smoking room. They corrected the error in record time. The right hand sink in the bathroom drained very slowly. The ice machine on our floor went out on Sunday, and they were working on it immediately, and my wife was able to get ice for her drinks on Monday. The room was very nice, although the TV did not get more than one channel. Room service was good, but expensive. Two burgers with fries, and four non alcoholic drinks was $238.00 dollars.

The hotel was fine, but i had paid for a room with a view of the Bellagio fountain and i could see less than half of the fountain. It would have been clearly outlined that it was an obstructed view.

The Langham properties have become a go to for us and it’s because of the service delivery standards experienced at the London, Pasadena and NYC properties. Our 4 night stay was a busy one as our December 31st arrival meant we had to be quick at checking in time to head out for our dinner plans. Staff has always been exceptionally professional and went so far as to be recognized by two staff members from our previous stay. There are many great hotels in NYC, but the Langham’s 5th Avenue location is absolutely, positively perfect. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent customer service.

I wanted to love this resort. It’s big and expensive. The beach was crowded due to how the staff packed people into one area as opposed to spreading guests out for a better experience and water views. There was trash on the beach. The room did not have a usable fridge, only one stocked with expensive items to buy. There was also not a coffeemaker in the room. The pools closed at dusk which was annoying. The resort is enormous so nothing is quick or close. I would opt for a boutique hotel or a VRBO on our next visit to Miami.
