First they gave us a unit with someone else in it, then they gave us the wrong code to get in. I have yet to see them replacing my kettle after 5nights, the original one was burnt. Aside from that the place is great, excellent location unless u have a car because there is no parking and the nearby lots are $$$.

Beautiful, well maintained and quiet hotel. Regular shuttle service to the neighboring airport was especially helpful for an early morning flight. Noise from the airport was minimal. Staff was always helpful and the food was excellent in the restaurant.
