「Désuet et pas entretenue, Pas de savon à mains. porte garde-robe brisé .séchoir à cheveux qui tombe et mal installé et devient dangeureux. Réfrigérateur qui gèle au lieu de réfrigéré. Téléphone non fonctionnel pour rejoindre la réception. Lampe qui ne fonctionne pas. Table de baby foot brisé. Porte de la piscine maintenue ouverte par une chaise (pas sécuritaire a la piscine est a côté de la salle de jeux ). Très décevant. Je ne recommande pas.」

「Our friends dropped off a welcome gift for our stay and as we were delayed by one night, the gift basket was thrown out without any communication or apology. Terrible service if you ask me. Also they cancelled our reservation completely because we did not show up on time even though we had prepaid for the entire stay. We paid extra via Expedia for cancellation capabilities but this apparently means nothing as we did not get any credit for the night we were not able to get to the hotel. Makes...
