This was my second stay at the Fairmont. My first stay was 5 stars all the way. The second time my room was tiny, the toilet ran, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, I called twice to the front desk for help or even acknowledgement of my situation. No return call or outreach. For the price I paid, it was not great customer service. Don’t know if I’ll return. I do believe the primary problem was they were booked up and understaffed. Disappointing.

The hotel was perfect, great location, clean and in a spot that was easy to get around Frisco!

It was an amazing experience that my wife and I will never forget!

Parking and resort fees where ridiculously priced. Spend 2x as much than on the actual stay. It was disappointing.

Great hotel in a great location

The service itself was excellent, and the staff were kind and responsive. However, I later learned from locals that this hotel isn’t ideally located if you’re seeking a more curated, boutique-style experience — it feels more corporate and less intimate than expected. Unfortunately, I was initially placed in a room directly above a bar area where a loud DJ played until midnight for a private event. This wasn’t disclosed at check-in, and despite mentioning that I was in town for work, the front desk still assigned me to that room. Around 11 p.m., I had to request a room change due to the noise. While the team was accommodating in resolving it, I do wish there had been more attentiveness during check-in to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay.
