Great location and very clean hotel. However, the receptionist was rude, did not speak English well, and was unprofessional for a 5-star hotel. Pool service was poor no menu available, and it took almost 45 minutes to receive one. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

Great location to the Makkah, breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly. I loved the smell as we entered. Only thing was washroom sink and shower should’ve been cleaned more regularly. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
