"They upgraded me to a better suite and let me stay there for the full 6 days. Also they let me check in before 4 pm. I checked in around 1 pm. It is 15 min by taxi to central Riyadh and will cost around 20 to 25 SR if we book through careem app."

"I prepaid my stay, showed up at the hotel and they told me they had no rooms. The front desk was completely clueless and pretended not to speak english. Travelocity support called the hotel, and I saw the manager turn off the phone, not to answer it. Complete disaster, do not ever use this hotel."

"A good 3 stars hotel. Nothing much to expect and you get a nice and friendly staff, an ok room and a very nice place - coffee place - to get your coffee in the morning . Selected that hotel based on price and i got what i paid for. I would not mind to stay again when the city is getting expensive again with an international fair. "
