The place was lovely and had laundry facilities which was a nice surprise

The staff were incredibly helpful and let us check in two hours early. Wonderful property in an amazing location. Gave us 4 US charging cables to borrow which helped tons. Highly recommended!!!

The only concern is that the room doesn't have AC so be prepared on a warm day of you prefer the cold weather.

Lovely, quiet hotel. A bit off the beaten path, but in a good way.

Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms and lovely bar/dining areas within. Staff were exceptional, went above and beyond and made us feel valued customers. The extras and the little things went a long way.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Near everything but slightly quieter location. Very near to Tivoli and the train station. We had two rooms - one was smaller and faced the street but had air conditioning (essential while we were there). The other was larger with a sofa and small table with a large fridge and more space, faced the rear but no air conditioning. There were two fans provided in the room though but air conditioning would have been nice. There is a mini bar but you can move things around and add your own bottles without being charged. There are tea and coffee making in the room but one room didn't have a kettle already in the room when we arrived. There is a secure room with lots of space for you to leave luggage and a really useful room with toilet and shower that you can use once you have checked out of your room very near the luggage room - a really great thing to have on a hot day. The larger room could do with updating in a couple of places but overall a really good choice of hotel and I would stay here again. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was great.

Check in was slow. There were only 2 staff. It took us almost 25 minutes to check in. It was nearly midnight so there was not a very long line, but.... Breakfast was ok but it could have been better had the staff been more friendly and accommodating. As a guest, I felt like I was bothering them when I asked for a scrambled egg whites. No smiles. And the room was very warm and uncomfortable. We had to open the windows despite having a fan (yes, we had to ask for a fan..Felt like we were in developing country). While we were on the 13th floor, the loud noise of the traffic below (honking of horns, ambulance, etc) made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The beds were LUMPY. OVERALL, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I'm a regular in Copenhagen so I thought I'd give this new/newly refurbished hotel a try. It's in a great location for getting out & about in Copenhagen and the refurb is stylish, classy and understated. Breakfast was very Scandinavian, fresh and tasty. I know hotel rooms in Copenhagen tend to be on the small side and quite expensive but I was quite shocked by what can only be described as the broom cupboard I was allocated (room 007 - mr bond would not have been impressed!) The "view" was a semi building site and we had to request cleaning each day for the room when we returned from a long day out. Apparently you are required to hang a sign on the door - we did on day 1 with no luck so didn't on day 2 with the same result. Despite the hotel being in "opening mode" the rate was quite expensive and on reflection I think was poor value for money. I fear the above challenges are not simply teething problems for a newly opened hotel. I'll be returning to the beautiful city of Copenhagen many times in the future but sadly probably not to Henrik's.

Immaculately clean, very impressed with design and structure of the loft. Super comfy beds, very bright and airy space. Loved it and would highly recommend. Close to metro and shopping, would book again for sure. Staff is friendly and happy to assist. Overall a wonderful stay!!

Staff was fabulous. They were quick to help and extremely friendly. We saw them going out of their way to assist people. Our room was a twin and it came with very few amenities. The bed situation was very poor. The foam cannot be considered a mattress and kept sliding off onto the floor during the night. The area with the closet was not well lit, even when the lights were on, so it was easy to leave behind things put on the shelves. We know expense is involved in providing hotel rooms but a simple coffee maker would have been appreciated. The area by the breakfast area was pleasant. The breakfast Items were well planned and the staff there was terrific. If you want a hotel more like a hostel this is just fine. If you are used to a typical North American standard hotel room like the Best Western this is below that in standards. Must say that the location is brilliant. It is very close to the canal and Nyhaven and the main tourist area with a very short walk. Three blocks or so, from one of the main metro stops, which is very handy.
